Terms governing the use of BLOKS shaders, digital downloads, visual systems, and related creative software products.
Overview
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of shaders, digital downloads, visual systems, assets, and related software products provided through BLOKS Shop.
By downloading, purchasing, installing, or using any BLOKS product, you agree to the terms outlined below.
License
BLOKS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased products for personal or commercial creative work.
You may:
- Use shaders in live performances
- Create videos, artwork, and visual content
- Modify shaders for personal use
- Use products in commercial creative projects
You may not:
- Redistribute or resell BLOKS products
- Share source files publicly
- Claim ownership of BLOKS products
- Repackage shaders as your own products
Third-Party Platforms & Copyright
Some shaders, ports, or experiments may incorporate concepts, structures, or compatibility workflows related to third-party platforms including:
- Synesthesia
- Shadertoy
- ISF (Interactive Shader Format)
Original copyright notices and attribution requirements must be respected where applicable. Responsibility for complying with third-party licensing remains with the user.
Updates & Support
Many BLOKS products include free updates, improvements, or fixes when available. However, updates are not guaranteed for all products indefinitely.
Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis.
No Warranty
All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. BLOKS and WHO Digital Media make no guarantees regarding compatibility, uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free performance.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall BLOKS, WHO Digital Media, or its affiliates be liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use any product, including data loss, performance interruption, hardware issues, or other consequential damages.
Changes to This Agreement
This Agreement may be updated periodically. Continued use of BLOKS products after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
